Shoko was brilliant today. I was told that he’d arrive between 08:00-10:00. He was here at 08:00 on the dot. Had my car back MOT’d, full service done and air con fixed before lunch time. So friendly and helpful. Very impressed

Was friendly and knowledgeable just felt as though the work wasn’t the best. Wasn’t happy having to top up the oil myself. Should of checked the dipstick as could of caused big problems

Arrived later than scheduled, hopefully over the next few weeks we should know if the car has been serviced as required.

Shoko was late in arriving (30 minutes later than the 2 hour window) and when he did arrive he was going to the wrong address until I called out his name as I was waiting outside. He never contacted me by phone, instead I called him as he hadn't arrived within the time frame to make sure he was definitely coming; he said he will be here within 5 minutes; 15 minutes later he arrived.
I would have preferred someone who was closer to my address instead of other side of London, which meant extra fuel used to collect and deliver.
