I received a email from Click Mecanic late on the day before. I had hoped the mecanic would have called to confirm but I called him. The window of time was 11 - 3. He arrived at 11.50.
I texted him earlier in the day to ask him if he could alert me half an hour before arrival and to call me because my doorbnell did not work. He gave me a vague time of arrival and not the 30 min alert I had asked but I didn't have tyo wait long. He didn't call me as requested on his arrival but knocked hard on my downstairs door and I only faintly heard him. I could of missed him.
whenhe got started he worked quickly. He problem solved as I had a screw missing that was needed to attach an old part still in use insidfe the door and he was happy to provide one. HE did the work under 50 minutes. I had to get rid of my old broken part. It would have been a nice gesture for him to have taken it away for me. Very nice guy. Booked Steve to change all the brake pads which he did, but the brake light is still up on the dash. I guess I didn't book him for diagnostic though as I thought the brake change would have fixed it. Neither of us had time to look at the issue again so I left it at that. He advised on what to do next and pointed out a leak I hadn't noticed. Would use him again.

Not happy with service, did not know what he was doing and his diagnostic machine did not connect to my car, if his equipment is incompatible, should have declined the job. He diagnosed the non starting/firing of my car as flat battery which he did because kept cranking the engine. Another mechanic tested fuel system and found no 5 injector leaking, changed and car working.

The Mechanic seemed knowledgeable and friendly. He found difficulty in dismantling the parts and took more than double the time envisage with double the cost.

Friendly, knowledgeable mechanic, very satisfied with work carried out. Would recommend to anyone.

I was very happy with the service given and will be sure to use click mechanic in the future - I had problems with the leads to the starter motor (inaccessible to the layman) Stephen turned up at the allotted time - reviewed and fixed my problem which has not returned since and all within the estimated time.
