He arrived late but got to the root of the problem. Wasn't what I thought it was in the end

The problem was not solved still nothing working he did try to find problem but was not successful

Viorel was great. He kept me informed as to what time he was due at my house. All work completed and my car is fixed. My problem was the Heater Matrix, a common issue with a 2014 Audi A3. I had no heat coming through and it was difficult to de-mist the windscreen. The coolant light had also been coming on but filling the reservoir did not work.
Viorel explained what he was going to do and went through with me after why the coolant wasn't running correctly.
The whole service from clicking on the website, booking the time and day and payment was really easy and MUCH cheaper than the main Audi garage.

He is very helpful and knows what he want to d, very knowledgeable, he helped me start my car and discovered what to be done

He was excellent 👌🏻 friendly knowledgeable, quick and with no mess at all.

Car was booked in for next week got a call he was by and wish to come. Came dud the job a week earlier wich I'm so glad he did.
