I'm sorry to say but Jonathan cannot do nothing on my car even I left a specific message when I booked
So as your advertising said "no fee if cannot fix your car problem " I expect to receive my money back
I described very specific my problem on my bmw 420d reg nr WP17FON with warning light "drivetrain malfunction "
My question is if your mechanic knows my problem why he's booked?
Please I need my money back

Punctual, polite, friendly service, egr valve is not the easiest job due to electronic diagnostics. This mechanic specialises in this area & is a knowledgable mechanic. I asked a fair few questions & he was really patient, top service
