Joshua was very friendly and knowledgeable. I have given him a 5 for quality but the repair was hidden from sight and I cannot judge the actual quality. I have given him a 4 for punctuality because he turned up from the previous job half an hour late. I have given a 4 for communication because it was I that had to phone him when he was late, he didn't phone me. Really satisfied with the work and pleased to have the car up and running again.
