Pre purchase inspection raised doubts about a vehicle I was interested in, so grateful that I have not proceeded with the purchase as I am not mechanically minded and wouldn't have had a clue. Mechanic was really easy to contact and helpful

Mechanic phoned once accepted the job so that I could explain the problem, and also told me when he would arrive. I then received another call precisely on the time he said he would arrive to state that he is with my car.
Mechanic quickly identified the problem, and allowed me to watch(Out of curiosity) and explained to me what caused the problem and what he could do to fix the issue. Due to the part which was damaged, it was only available from the Ford dealer, so he provided a temporary fix on a hose which has lasted over 1000 miles so far without a single issue, and all for free.
Mechanic was quick, clean, polite and friendly. Couldn't ask for a better service. Read more
