Daniel was extremely polite, he kept me informed on his availability and the time for collection/delivery of the vehicle. The vehicle has been repaired to a high standard and the work was undertaken quickly. A great all round experience and service.

The mechanic only spent about 3 minutes looking at the car and saw that by viewing through the front right archwell that the coil had snapped. I was expecting my car to be jacked up, tyre removed and a full check to see if anything else was a problem (e.g. swaybar links, steering rack, ball joint etc.) - for both sides. He did seem to be in a hurry to go. I payed too much for this.

Although I had identified the fault and tried to order a new clutch repair I needed a diagnostics from click mechanic. He was brilliant. Took him 5 minutes to identify the problem. Very professional. Advised he would pop the quote for the work onto click mechanic straightaway. Very polite and helpful.couldnt want for a better diagnostic.thank you
