Michael rang me the morning he was due to replace my damaged rear combination light to tell me the part had been given to someone else - fair enough, it wasn’t his fault. He took payment for the repair that day. Michael came the next day, changed the part then quickly dashed off before I even got outside to check the repair. Indicator wasn’t working same as before. He showed my partner how to take out the light to swap the bulb. A job we didn’t realise was so simple. To be charged £80 labour! Lad was nice enough, but I wouldn’t recommend the service.

Michael was perfect. On time, efficient, polite, took trouble to explain in simple terms to me, a mechanical illiterate, the work. He’s a great find.
