Michael was personable, knowledgeable, and honest with me. I booked him to replace a broken timing belt, and he was able to give me a lot of information about the actual scale of the job, and issues with actually doing the work. Ultimately, we didn't go ahead with the work booked, but this was because he was open with me about the likelihood that it wouldn't resolve my issue. Saved me unnecessary spending.
