Good job on car but have been charged an extra £80 without been informed and had car from 9am till 6pm for a 2 hour job would not consider using again

Thank for your kind review, but I did called you and explained that there was no awalable part at euro car parts as click Mechanic equated you, and you stated in the booking that need to replace only drivers side cable. I did not charge for twin cable but only labour charge as there was mistake from you and ClickMechanic app. Yours are 4x4 drive car and in case one cable snaps you need to replace both of them. So now you have both cables replaced for price of one. My apologies for not letting u know after I recived the part, but I did let the ClickMechanic know and did comment on the app. Thank you.

At first i was extremely happy, happy with the politeness and punctuality and also advice on an oil leak thatbi had, however since then i have discovered that one of my rear tyres is absolutely obliterated around the inside of the wheel, its not something ypu would miss if the tyres had been looked at like the major service suggests, so why wasnt it noticed... i dont know but its now making me question everything else in the service, to a point where im going to pay for another service for piece of mind.
