He accurately diagnosed the fault then fixed it.
Very happy with the work and standard of communication.

Unfortunately I had a very had experience with the person who delivered the car.

My car was brought back on time and I was told that there would be an additional £7.5 charge for the fitting kit the mechanic explained that the silencer does not come with it. I questioned why this was not mentioned in the quote if it is known in advance that the fitting kit is not delivered with the silencer. The mechanic said Click mechanics should have taken care of that. I explained that I was not happy with this.

The mechanic got annoyed and simply left saying he can live with a seven quid loss! He never introduced himself. Did not ask me to inspect the car, I had to do ask him to come with me to do that

Keith was great, friendly & punctual. It's difficult to find a good mechanic sometimes. Keith is definitely one of good ones, would easily recommend.
