Theuns was brilliant He took the defective part off collected a brand new part, fitted both the items,However, the vehicle has not been road tested yet, as my daughter cannot drive it yet, owing to knee surgery ,I have started the engine and all seems OK.

Theuns is fantastic, punctual, knowledgeable and no work is too big for him no matter how tricky it might seem.

The problem identified by the AA turned out not to be the problem. Theunus tested other options and re-diagnosed. Unfortunately it was a recovery job and off to a garage. I’d definitely use this service again and Thenus was very good at communicating prior to the appointment, during and after.
