Friendly for sure. But he couldn't figure out why there is a noise on driver side. Also couldn't figure out why and where there is a leak for coolant leak. Not sure whether it is expected as part of his job agreed. Hence, I keep this feedback for Company.

Difficult to review as he inspected a car that I wanted to buy but couldn’t reach myself. I had to message him to get the results but I’ve not had a written report, which I thought I would get. Maybe I was wrong but all I got was a quick phone call to tell me the car was fine. I thought I would get something in writing, maybe an email.
