Matthew was prompt, polite and kept the work area very tidy. He called 24 hours before to check the issue and kept me updated as to his arrival time.

This feedback is specifically for the mechanic Matt (Hampshire) as ultimately he is the face of the business and other than the booking (which was relatively faultless and cheaper than other quotes) I cannot comment further on Click Mechanic. Matt has been amazing throughout, throughly checked the vehicle and correctly DISCOUNTED another MECHANICS diagnosis. What more could you ask for?! He refused to do and charge me for what the other mechanic said needed done as it wasn’t needed and fixed the actual problem instead. Thank you! I would certainly choose you, as a person, again in future!

Matt arrived exactly one time and did an excellent job. Took time to explain what what he was doing. Test drove the car to make sure everything was correct and cleaned up afterwards. Would definitely recommend him and this service.

Mat was great, only 4 stars for punctuality but to be fair he got stuck in traffic so not his fault.

Matt came to change the cambelt , water pump and service our Astra today.
Absolute 5 star service, attention to detail and effort from the guy.
Normally you’d drop the car off and pick it up without any insight but seeing the work done at home it was obvious he did an extremely thorough job.

I’d definitely recommend and use him again , first time using ClickMechanic and again I’d recommend and use the service again too.
To often nowadays you’re made to feel that a garage is doing you a favour by fitting you in but these people work around you and your schedule at a time and place that suits you the paying customer.

Matt was fantastic, fixed my water pump & cam belt on a bank holiday when I had little hope of finding anyone.
