The work carried out was fine. The clutch requested for replacement was replaced. Just dissapointed that I paid £55 priority fee and was booked for monday morning only to have to follow up myself in the afternoon as to why it had not been collected. It was booked as a 5 to 7 hr job. It was then collected on Tuesday afternoon and returned on Wednesday afternoon. Had I known it was a three day turn around I wouldnot have paid £55 priority and would have found somewhere that it could be done in 5 to 7 hrs. I have obviously incurred travel expenses now for being without a vehicle for so long.

Great service from the team. They were prompt in collecting the car and doing the work.

No problem with the actual wok done, but very surprised to find that the 'mechanic' took the car away to Aylesbury (12 miles) in order to do the job - obviously adding to the charge! I had always assumed that the who;e object of Click Mechanic was to have repairs done at home, and idea of having my car taken away for such simple job as changing the engine coolant seems ridiculous to me. When I queried this with the company, they said it was company rules to always take the car to their premises when changing the coolant.I feel that this such be made clear before the booking is made, since I could just as easily taken the car to a garage myself.

Terrible. Car was returned with no locking wheel nut. This is now going to cost me. Rang several times to find out what was going on but only managed to get through twice. Was promised call backs but never happened. Were a day late collecting the vehicle and a day over thier esitmated time to do the work, which is fine however it was down me to chase them for information.

Failed to show up at the appointed time and had to chase it up through clickmachanic. But was called at midday and rearranged for late afternoon. Job was completed within an hour. The mechanic was polite and apologised for the issue.

He was polite and courteous. The work was done well.
Punctuality was the only problem. He was late arriving to collect the car.

They constantly lie about the time. And left my car with the hand brake off.
