To be honest i feel like i been ripped off. I dont think i will ever use clickmechanic again. I used it for convenience sake but this experience made me think again. Interestingly i was told i failed my MOT emissions. Unknown to the mechanics, that cat converter was installed brand new about 1-2 months ago due to my own one being stolen. So i find it highly suspect that now im failing MOT on this reason. I found my camera unplugged - no surprise. It was nice while it lasted. This is the end. Goodbye clickmechanic.

He was awesome. He knew the issue, the fix and offered further help. He even topped up my waterscreen for me.

Zia was brilliant and I can't fault the work he did on the car, the car was fixed really quickly and Zia kept me informed over the phone regularly.
