Balil did a decent job overall, but was an hour and a half late for the 2hr window he selected, and his communication throughout wasn’t great. Our car had to go elsewhere for its MOT, so what should have been (or at least hoped would be) done in one day, in the end took 3 days

Bilal was friendly and very efficient
Kept me fully informed and was very accommodating when we had to change the appointment

The mechanic worked very hard on my vehicle and did an excellent job. I can highly recommend him, he is knowlegeable and the cost is very good.

Bilal was terrible. Didn’t diagnose anything just told me to go to Citroen then charged me for a diagnosis. I texted him asking him not to charge me but he didn’t answer

Bilal was unresponsive and hard to reach until after the pre-inspection report was done. I was told by the seller he completed his inspection within 45 minutes (the premium pre-inspection report advises 2-3 hours?) He then didn’t call me after the report until I asked him to (which is included in the premier package) and was largely unhelpful in explaining his report. I didn’t feel like I got value for the premium report.

He was excellent arrived on time kept me informed of when he was arriving.
He was very genial lovely smile and worked diligently.
