Bilal was terrific! Everything on time and well explained by phone. Besides a great mechanic he was so attentive.

Bilal arrived within the specified time period and also answered any queries i had as it was my first time using the mechanic.
I asked if the car could be back before a certain time and he delivered which was great to see.
He was very polite and informative, the MOT and Service was carried out as requested and very happy with the service provided.

I thought I had a leak, but Bilal explained it was a normal water drip from A/C use. He was very honest and spent the extra time he had to inspect the rest of the car which I appreciated. Great service

I booked an MOT and service with the car to be collected between 8 and 10. The mechanic arrived at 11am. He told me it would take about 3 hours before my car would be returned. He let me know that new wiper blades needed fitting for an extra £70. The car was returned to me at 5pm. Not a service I will be using again.
