The work done was fine. We have a car with a new tyre. The problem is that Gareth checked the message from the car to see that we no longer need to check our tyre pressure. I didn't watch with him. When I set off to shop this afternoon the message was still there. I now don't know if it's the same tyre or a different one. Neither do I know if Gareth saw what I saw.

Gareth was punctual, polite and helpful. The problem was diagnosed and could not be fixed in situe.

Very professional approach by Gareth and my car is back on the road. High level of commitment despite bad weather all done perfectly. We had some issues at the beginning due to wrong part supplied to them, but he managed to resolve the issue.
