Hi, I didn't actually meet the mechanic as the car I had inspected was in London and I live in Portsmouth and wanted the security of a trained eye giving it an inspection. The work carried out was very satisfactory with a couple of issues,
1, the photo's of the diagnostics sent to me were of poor quality I couldn't make them out.
2, I believe that I should have had a phone call from the mechanic sometime after the inspection this never happened, I did send him a message and when I tried to contact him the number given was apparently not recognised.
3, Although I feel you have a great service I believe more communication would have been great, and the fact that I paid for the quick appointment I still feel abit short changed.

Checked confirmed what I thought in 5 mins and told me it needs to go to a garage nothing more can be done roadside. Little pricey for a 5 minute check.

Mohammed was very friendly and professional, but the work needed on my car
can not be done by a mobile mechanic. It will need to be taken to a garage.

So far so good he was here on time and kept me up to date explains what needed to be done and how he would approach the work. Once the work was completed he showed me the results to ensure I was happy I did a test drive and everything works as it should. Thanks for your help!
