Jay / Ian where great mechanic's, they where both very helpful and keep you informed of what time there coming and what there doing .

Booked in between 8-10 but actually arrived just before 11. Had to ring to see where he was no warning from him that he would be late.

The arranged date and time was Thursday 18:00 - 20:00. The mechanic explained that there was issues with the van and was unable to attend the arranged date after accepting the job. This was inconvenient as we had arranged our scheduled to be available for this date and time.
He explained that he could attend on Friday but gave no time. This was difficult as we had arrangements to be out of the house on Friday. I text the mechanic twice but had no response.
I received a phone call Friday morning explaining that he could not fix the the car until Saturday with the agreed time of 11am. Again, we had plans to be out of the house.
The brake pads were fitted on Saturday at 11:30am. To end on a positive, the fitting of the brake pad was very quick. Read more
