I don't understand why Carl was sent. He is a nice enough bloke but he admitted to knowing little about electrical issues and I had clearly stated that the problem was electrical when requesting assistance. Also he said he would call with advice in half an hour after leaving and it's been 3 hours. £66 POUNDS WASTED AS NO WISER AND PROBLEM NOT DIAGNOSED.

Just like to say thank you for your honest feedback! although I did diagnosed the problem I wonted piece of mind that I was right so I got my alto car electrician to have a look and diagnosed the problem free of charge normally would be £150. Saving the customer £££.

SEAT Ateca Brake pads replacement - rear (all)

Carl was asked to replace the rear brake pads on my Seat Ateca communicated very well called me on the morning he was arriving to give an approx time he would be attending. Returned the vehicle in good time and showed we the condition of the old brake pads. Would recommend to use again.

BMW X5 Handbrake shoes replacement (all)

Carl was excellent. You never know what a mechanic will be like until you use them, but he is the man. Very informative and did the work 2 days earlier than scheduled working until 8pm.
Would I recommend him or use Carl again. The answers a big YES.
