Carl came out to do a diagnostic report on my car, he knew exactly what the problem was straight away, couldn't do a repot due to his machine not picking up any faults which we knew it had but overall very happy with the knowledge, plus helped me start my 2nd vehicle & advised what to do with that 1 so again very happy customer, would highly recommend 100%

I wasn't at my work place wen Carl the mechanic came I spoke to him on phone and he told wat the problem was witch was fine I was happy but I wasn't happy wiv he charged a extra 19pound to my card wen I spoke to him on phone he said it was because he went over his time but he didn't tell me he was going to charge me another 19 pound I would of liked him to tell me he was going to do it not just do it wiv out Consulting me first
