Darnell was a nice guy, friendly and came on time. But didn’t seem to know what he was doing. Charged me £90 to spray some DW40 on a wheel. Can’t say I’ll be using you guys again. I’ve got someone different to come and actually fix the problem.

Darnell was friendly, listened to my summary briefing on the diagnostic request (clutch pedal issue) and was straightforward in his communications, explaining what he would do and how long the diagnosis would likely take.

This is complete contrast to a local garage we had previously consulted, where the mechanic there appeared to have zero customer service skills and seemed unsure about what was wrong. Which is why we then contacted Click Mechanic.

Happily, Darnell took care to clearly explain the diagnosis and answered my questions about the options going forward, advising me of something under the bonnet to keep an eye on, and not trying to ‘sell’ me any work we didn’t need. He appeared sensitive to the affordability of any repair costs in these challenging economic times.

Not experienced enough. Didn’t have much knowledge about the car. Had to call another mechanic to sorted out the problem it took other mechanic 1 minutes to fix the issues
