Daniel arrived within the time slot agreed (5 till 7). He introduced himself and established the problems that I had been experiencing with my car. He then connected his diagnostic computer to my vehicle and quickly identified the error codes which were being generated by the problem. He checked the gear box and suggested a course of action to ensure that there were no other problems in this area. He then deleted the error codes and did a check to make sure that the car would engage forward and reverse gears (it’s a semiautomatic). He’s carrying out the recommended maintenance next week.
The whole process has been quick but and easy so far.

I can’t praise Daniel enough.
He was not only very responsive in dealing with my original order for front brake discs and pads but also sorted out parts and fitting for my rear, discs and pads following what was a fairly late request from me the day before.
Are you arrive nice and early the next day and I couldn’t believe the speed with which the job was done.
I would not hesitate to use him again when the opportunity arises.
I have been a vehicle technician for around 20 years starting out at a family run independent garage, completing a 5 year advanced level 3 NVQ apprenticeship in Vehicle servicing, Diagnostics and repairs.
After moving on from independent garage I have worked with numerous main dealerships including FORD, KIA and BMW completing many main dealer training courses from service to senior and Master/Gold status.
I now have my own small family run business with mobile, on site services available or a collection and delivery service which works well for me and my customers as I get to offer a Main Dealer level of service/repairs at independent better prices.
