MINI Mini Brake pipe replacement - front to rear (driver side)

This is the first time I used ClickMechanic and it will not be the last. A bit dubious about ordering this sort of thing online, but I found it to be very user friendly and easy to use. I had a problem with my brake line and not many garages would do the work for less than £1,000!! I e-mailed ClickMechanic to double check they could do the repair and had a reply back within hours with good news. They could carry out the repair for half the price and within days (3 weeks wait with another garage!!)
I was assigned Daniel, who is incredibly friend, punctual and very knowledgeable and didn't batter an eyelid with the brake problem.
Finding a good honest mechanic is hard these days, but I will definitely be using ClickMechanic and hopefully Daniel again.
I will recommend this service to anyone who is not to confident with Mechanics and just want a smooth service.

Daniel was very confident and knowledgeable. He quickly worked out that my local garage had misdiagnosed the problem. Collected the car at 9am and delivered it back at 3pm. Engine now running sweetly. His motto seems to be don’t pay for what you don’t need. Highly recommended.

Renault Koleos Brake discs and pads replacement - rear (both)

I don't have a problem with what work has been done as I asked for back brakes discs and pads. The car was returned with new discs and pads but still had the same noise.
I think the mech should have told us ther still was an issue
He told us we had a nail I'm our tyre bit failed to mention about the defective noise.
I have been a vehicle technician for around 20 years starting out at a family run independent garage, completing a 5 year advanced level 3 NVQ apprenticeship in Vehicle servicing, Diagnostics and repairs.
After moving on from independent garage I have worked with numerous main dealerships including FORD, KIA and BMW completing many main dealer training courses from service to senior and Master/Gold status.
I now have my own small family run business with mobile, on site services available or a collection and delivery service which works well for me and my customers as I get to offer a Main Dealer level of service/repairs at independent better prices.
