Really happy with the service- Lee was fab. He came out to replace the glow plugs on my Mercedes. He was friendly, easy to talk to and clearly knew what he was doing.

He explained everything in a simple way so I actually understood what was going on. The whole job was done efficiently and without any hassle.

You can tell he’s well experienced, which made me feel confident it was all being done properly. He turned up on time, had everything he needed, and just got on with the job.

Overall, a really smooth and stress-free experience. Would definitely use him again and happily recommend him to anyone needing a reliable mechanic!.

Lee was amazing, however, I booked a mechanic for a job, received the attached confirmation e-mail (on Wednesday 20th May) and yet two mechanics arrived to do the same job?
Lee who is mentioned in the e-mail and another guy, called Barry, about whom I had received no communication from you.
Lee remained composed and polite whereas Barry became irate and insisted he was going do the job.
I told him that Lee is booked to do it, showed him the confirmation note from you and that I had received no correspondence regarding him.
He insisted that he was going to do the job, even after I told him that I have not been informed by yourselves that he was due to do the work.
He became quite aggravated, demanding this and that, lying to me that he had taken the booking on Monday (when I made the request on Wednesday), so I told him to call you and deal with it, as it has nothing to do with me.
When I booked this work I did not expect to have this kind of aggravation. My daughter, whose car it is, was there and was completely embarrassed by the whole thing.
It has to be said that Lee was great about the whole affair and I have nothing but good to say about him.

So, I need to know what went wrong and why two mechanics were booked, placing us, your customer, in a very awkward situation. Read more
