Lee phoned a couple of days before the appointment to make sure all arrangements were in order. He phoned 30 mins before the appointment to confirm he was on his way. He provided a clear brief on the work he was undertaking and how long he would be. He provided a thorough de-brief on the work undertaken and the issues that arose. Overall I am totally satisfied with my engagement with Lee. It was evident that he is a very experienced and knowledgable engineer. A pleasure doing business with him.
