Lee was incredibly thorough. He was clear with explanations relating to general maintenance / upkeep. Checked over lots of bits on my van on top of focusing on my concerns. You can tell he knows his stuff and has a very logical way of identifying any issues. Couldn’t recommend him enough!

Outstanding customer service, very professional. The EMC was manufacturer-locked, which meant that the electric handbrake could not be set to maintenance mode, and this nearly prevented the work from happening, however, the mechanic was familiar with this common issue, and he carried out a workaround that allowed the electric handbrake to be set to maintenance mode that would not invalidate any manufacturer warranty.

Lee is very friendly and knowledgable and was great at explaining the checks he needed to make to the plugin diagnostics and engine sensors. He was extremely thorough and I would highly recommend him.
