Will arrived one minute before ten, which was within the 8am to 10 am window. He did explain that he left his Forest of Dean home at 0815 and that the travel time was built into the "time window". It would help if the client knew the travel time for the first job of the day. Will was very professional and explained the job that he was doing. 45 minutes later the work was complete to my satisfaction. Thank you.
