Kul was brilliant, on time knowledgeable, polite and went beyond the basic requirement of replacing a failed battery. He checked the wiring and alternator and made sure everything was working. My only issue was the battery it’s self. The battery was very expensive, nearly twice the price quoted from Halfords for a renowned brand, with a 5-year warranty of the correct size and capacity. The battery Click mechanic supplied was far more expensive, the wrong size(smaller) smaller capacity, generic make with just a 2-year warranty.
But needs must, it got me started.
