Wahid was very thorough in his work and explained exactly what he had done. Very happy with his work, there was a delay in getting parts but he was apologetic and stayed late to get the job completed.

Wahid came out to the car and did diagnosis’s and clear any faults I had on the car. He made sure I was happy before leaving himself.
During his time he explained everything that he was doing and looking at.

The mechanic was very friendly, knowledgable and competent. Extremely good communication to keep with updates to when he was coming. However, after completing all the work and putting the tyres back on he then told me that I also need new brake discs too. When I asked why he didn’t let me know before he’d completed the work he said he was only there to fix the pads.
I understand that but just frustrating as I now can’t get a quote for just brake discs on your website. Would definitely not have any issues recommending or using this mechanic again. 👍🏼

Absolutely fantastic service from WR Autos, 5 star and more if I could award them. My vehicle was picked up promptly and within a matter of a few hours I had it back with new front discs and pads and a full MOT. Wahid was very polite and clearly knew his stuff. I shall definitely use WR Autos again and also recommend them to others as a reliable great service. Thank you for sorting my vehicle out so fast.

Wahid was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He was open and honest with me about my vehicles issues and even called me out to review these with him.

I had already said my exhaust had gone off at the back
He didn’t even Jack it up to look udder to see how much damage was done.
He the. Put 2 cable toes on and said the cat will be ok now to drive and that o didn’t need to take to a garage.
I drove it up to the garage with it banging and rattling ..
Only to find there was a big hole in the back. Box and it was ready to drop off.
I understand that he couldn’t have put right what it needed.
But to pay £77 for 2 cable ties
I may as well had green flag to have taken me to the garage.
