The punctuality is only an issue from my point of view, i don’t do late. I do, however, understand the nature of investigative work and the fact that the job ‘takes as long as it takes’ so it’s not a problem. He found the problem, tried to rectify it and, ultimately, told me what was needed. All good.

Service from start to finish was fantastic. Car is back up and running so I’m a happy customer.

He was excellent. He was due to come to me on the day the high winds and rain were due. My car sat in the middle of a large puddle so I agreed to pay for it to be towed to the garage. This was carried out fine, although at an extra cost but agreed to. He then brought my car back later that evening. So very pleased with the service.

Mechanic was very talkative but seemed to do the work well. However, I’ve just be informed by my garage where I’m having an MOT done that the wheel locking nut was broken, which would have happened last week when the mechanic changed my brake pads. The mechanic didn’t inform me of this so I’m very disappointed.

DSautos was super efficient, and got the job done very quickly. I would recommend this service and use it again in the future!
