David and James were extremely polite and professional, job completed in very good time and to a good standard, constantly kept me informed of what they were doing as well as providing tips and advice on the management of the car. Outstanding pair, would recommend!

The two guys who arrived were very pleasant and polite.
Just got on with the job “replacement brake Discs & Pads” on my Honda CRV.
The pins retaining the discs were very difficult to remove, they informed me of this as a matter of course.
They eventually got the pins out and completed the job still in good time, checked brake operation, cleaned up with no fuss at all and gone,
This is the second time i have used “clickmechanic” and again well pleased with the ease of use and the service provided, and the cost is unbeatable, what more could you ask for?

I feel bad about only giving 3 for punctuality but he was late, although I understand it was beyond his control and he was apologetic. He was friendly and seemed knowledgeable, I would use him again

What a fantastic service. The guys were courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and extremely efficient. Great communication, especially as they needed the directions to find my home, as we are quite rural and difficult to find! Kept me up to date with the work going on and carried out. And really informative for other work which may be needed. I would 100% recommend them and this service, and will definitely be using them again in the future. No more garages for me. Such a great idea and solution for when you can't get to a garage or don't fancy waiting around at one!
