Rhys was great, communication was easy and his attention to detail is exactly what you need when buying a car.

Rhys was great, new his trade and didn't mess around. He replaced the water pump and timing belt within only a few hours on my drive i would use him again for sure.

Rhys was great he came a day early to have a look and was able to carry out repair at the same time.
However he did mention the battery should have a 4 year warranty, when I questioned this with the office they said 1 year. So am not pleased with that.

Rhys was great. Got the job done and I couldn’t be happier with the service.

Above comments states what I wanted to state but your notes require more input therefore NOTHING TO DO WITH RHYS but click mechanic should honor quote EVEN after I requested a review (agreed a higher pricefrom quote due to inacurate quoting from company even thou information was correct & asked by myself to confirm

Great job, done quickly. Friendly guy and thorough. He seemed knowledgeable and I’m very happy with the work done on my car.

My local garage had investigated and said I needed a new water pump for my Vauxhall Astra. They quoted me £350, I thought that was a bit steep, a quick Google later I ended up here for a £140!

Rhys was amazing! Rhys agreed that it was my water pump at fault, and explained how he knew that (my antifreeze had crystallized on the engine block). Super friendly, very knowledge, and a great communicator.

The work was carried out quickly (my local garage said they would need the car all day, and Rhys did the job in 90 mins) and efficiently. The car actually runs better than before, as the temperature used to bounce between 89C - 105C (this was before the water pump started leaked). Now the car rarely if ever exceeds 90C.

I would highly recommend Rhys if you are in the West Midlands area.
