The work was completed but it came back with a electrical fault that wasn't there when they started the work.I was promised they would come back to rectify it no communication I'm still waiting !!!!!! .My local garage fixed this for a cost of £50.

Paul was friendly and polite. He kept me informed of what was happening. He couldn't make the original time and date to do the job, he sent someone to collect the car the day after. I got the car back that evening, but luckily I could use my wife's car for work. I had no problem with this but did expect the job to be completed on the day of the appointment.
He did explain why this was. Will definitely be using this service again, great price and quality of job.

Paul was superb and extremely helpful...was late attending within the allotted time, however, he had been delayed on previous job...which in itself was reassuring in way because then I knew he would not leave my car til he was satisfied with job done. Communication was fantastic kept me updated on his time of arrival.
