He arrived within the time slot as stated. He correctly diagnosed the problem when previously another did not. The job needed a part that was obtained by Monday AM from Saturday visit. The job needed to be done in a workshop. The car was picked up fixed and returned within 2 hours. Slight downside was oil foot prints on mat. Paper mats are quite a simple cheap precaution. There was a call back on completion and the cost was as stated initially
