Paul was polite and courteous, explaining the work in great detail. The job took a little bit longer than expected but given that we were in the middle of storm Ciara the end result was good. Wife is pleased she’s got her car back and it drives better than it ever did.

All the mechanics were very friendly and helpful and I am very happy with all the work done and I was kept up to date on how the job progressed

Whilst I got a bit of a shock it was all shown to me and sorted in a friendly cooperative way.

ClickMechanic have not vetted their mechanic and also state in the terms they are not responsible for any ongoing problems as mechanics are sole traders. Would be easier to book direct with the mechanic instead. Had my car 8 days(originally agreed for 2) and ClickMechanic just stated it’s not their fault and will not compensate for a hire car or any problems the mechanic has had.

Paul was terrific with excellent communication all way through the process as there was a couple of issues that needed to be rectified due to my cars age. The work was done quickly and to a high standard and I would definitely use him again and recommend him to any of my friends who require anything doing on there motors to use him. Paul, was great. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He had great communication throughout the service and was very friendly.
