He Said the pickup would be
between 8 and 10 didn't turn up till 10.30 .they said drop back time would be between 5 and 6 didn't turn up till 7 they didn't tell me that they were coming till I rang them.used quite a lot of diesel on pick up and drop off I thought this would come off the bill

I had an 8am to 10am appointment and the driver came at 10.30. Apart from that they did a very good job. I told the driver that i would be grateful if I was updated on any progress, and the mechanic did update me. The mechanic was friendly and knowledgable. I even gave them a last minute job which they agreed to do. I would use Bedfordshire Car Repairs Ltd again.

i booked interim service with 8-10am window. he arrived 10.30 but had called ahead. they took it away to the garage which was 15miles away so i paid an extra 30 miles in diesel. car back 2.30pm.
cant give more than 4* re mechanic as just back today - if all well i can change to 5*

My car was picked up on time and the work was carried out. Unfortunately they found another small problem that could lead to a larger one. A price was set and sorted with no problems. The price was very reasonable compared to other garages in area

The work was done satisfactorily and it now starts quietly and smoothly! Thank you for the good job.
However I only met and spoke to the guy who picked up the car and dropped it back off, his name was George and he was a lovely chap! But he was not a mechanic and didn't even know what my car was booked in for, nor did he need to know, as I said, he was only there to pick it up.
It would have been great if they would have fitted my parcel shelf back on and not just left it lying in the boot with all the fittings just loose and rolling around, however it's a job for my husband this weekend.
No correspondence at all from the garage, no phone call to say it was done/was being done or what sort of time to expect it back, but George called on his way to say what time he would be there, which I found helpful.
All in all, very pleased that my car is now fixed, so thank you. Read more

Would definitely recommend this garage. And will definitely use in the future, when I need work done on my cars.

Too expensive. Won't use again. Initial price was good but things didn't need doing.
