Michael was fantastic. Quoted the job on a Sunday, arrived first thing Monday morning to take the car to the garage, was transparent with the work required and recommending parts renewal (suggested coil pack renewal on top of spark plugs and leads at no additional labour cost), great communication all through the day, in the end only changed the spark plugs and coil leads but car firing as good as new. Had the car back in the evening in time for work the day after.
