Ryan Rang the day before to arrange a specific arrival time during the 2 hour window and discussed the issue in advance of arriving already having the potential road side solutions ready to be used if required.

Ryan Arrived on time and carried out the most likely test first and then fixed the issue that he now knew it was from his test

Ryan was polite and friendly . He carried out a diagnostic check on the car . He said it was sorted but that I’d need to take it out for a long run . As soon as I drove about 10 mins later all the warning lights were still on . I spoke to him by phone and he repeated I should take a long drive.which I’ve done . There is no difference all warning lights still on including abs .
I paid out £75 for nothing ! All I want is a car which works . I don’t feel happy eg driving children to school as might be dangerous .
