Ford Focus Brake discs and pads replacement - rear (both)

The garage were excellent, very pleased with the work they did and they brought my car home for me. They carried out the work ahead of schedule as they knew I needed it for my job as a senior community care worker. Would highly recommend them and I will be using them again.

Land Rover Range Rover Sport Full Service

The mechanic was good however Im not pleased at all about the extra charge of £37 that was taken from my account without my consent.I had initially authorised the amount of £226 to be taken from my account for a full service package but later found out that an additional £37 had been taken from my account which is supposed to be for a pollen filter.I was not pleased at all and would like an explanation.Thank you.

Hi Simba, as discussed on the phone, the additional amount was for a fuel filter and a pollen filter, which we added to the service as you asked for a 'full' service, which would need to include these items. Apologies if the additional cost was not made clear enough to you, but our service advisor believed these two additional filters were what you requested / needed for the 'full' service requirement.
