Had to return as problem not diagnosed correctly on first visit. Then seriously overpriced the additional work compared to others on the site.

Hi Donna-Louise, I'm sorry you were not entirely satisfied with the service you received.
As you well know, it was not an easy fault to identify and the second visit was free of charge at the earliest convenience for yourself.
Regarding the quote - as I explained at the time, the quote given on the website was an automated quote and was only to replace one half of the rubber bush. The quote I provided was for both parts of the bush (having spoken to the parts company to obtain accurate prices)
