Took my car and and took payment of £1300 before the work was completed. It’s been 5 days and I haven’t heard a thing. After numerous phone calls and messages to his number and also click mechanics I still haven’t heard a thing. This is seriously bad customer service. If there is a problem you just have to call and let people know. I put my trust into a website that I know nothing about and it seems like I’m getting finessed good and proper. I even put a good review to start but that was when I last heard from him.

Dean A came across as a good mechanic and that he knew his stuff. Initially he inspected the damage and suggested both the upper and lower arms were damaged in a matter of seconds. However following the initial diagnostic Dean said, he'll price up everything and send me through some rough quotes. Following the diagnostic I never heard back from Dean. I looked for another Mechanic (personally) who later diagnosed the issue and concluded the damage to have been sustained by one arm. He gave me a quote and came back within two days and now my car is up and running. So click mechanic proved to be a waste of my money and my time. A simple message or email to explain whether the damage sustained was out of the mechanic's remit would have sufficed. Read more
