Good service, depsite being seemingly more tricky than anticipated.
Took multiple visits in the end, but all resolved in a timely fashion.
Would certianly use again.

So simple, the garage came picked up the car, very polite and careful, completed the work and brought it back, and it was cheaper than other quotes.

Very helpful and explained the outcome of my MOT clearly, providing evidence when requested. Good timely service. Would recommend and use again! Only dropped a star due to an accidental drink can left in my car and did not top up screen wash as per service (but they had a lot else to do!).

Jason did an excellent job. It took a bit longer than click mechanic estimated but he rang me up to let me know and I wasn’t charged any extra. Would recommend.

It is difficult to comment on someone you have never met or spoken to. I trusted the whole set up of this business because of the way it is run. Without meeting anyone (except the very pleasant man who collected and delivered my car - I'm sorry but I have forgotten his name) - I felt totally confident that with Jason I was being treated fairly and professionally. Jason contacted me about an issue with the MOT and I was impressed that he didn't just go ahead with the more expensive option without asking my opinion.
All in all I would have no hesitation in recommending click mechanic to friends and family.

Great job. Knocked off one star for punctuality because they were a little late collecting the vehicle. But after that they were great. Great communication, the car is fixed and runs brilliantly and it was a great price. Really happy and would definitely use again.
