Nice easy experience!
Lee was great. He called to let me know he was able to come earlier than planned if I was available (which I was). He was very friendly on arrival and confirmed that my diagnosis was correct (phew).
He completed the job very quickly and took the time to stop and get me so that he could show the new part installed prior to closing the area back up. This is a really great way to build trust in the work and a nice touch.
Everything is now working well. I'll definitely be using Lee again. Many thanks.

Lee turned up to pick up my van with a big smile on his face which was nice. He was very friendly and good on communication and was very knowledgable. Work completed as per Clickmechanic spec and on time. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to others.

Citroen Grand C4 Picasso Battery replacement (vehicles without stop/start system)

My daughter was home to speak to him. Reported that he was polite and communicated well.
I would have liked some feedback as there was another issue with the car which he diagnosed. Tried to contact through mobile number provided on receipt but did not work. Logged in to my account but not able to ask for further feedback.
