Bogdan communicated well before arriving and after speaking with him on the phone and describing the problem, he said it may not be the job I had booked in. He came on time and done a diagnostic on the car and advised me the work did not currently need doing. I appreciated his honesty in not doing unnecessary work.

Yes he contacted to say he'd be late as he had to pick up the radiator in Wembley. When he fixed it he explained what he had done and plan forward. Hopefully, it doesn't break down again.
