Bogden phoned in advance of the appointment and then also called to say he was running a bit late and checked that this was ok which it was and carried on the work until it was finished. I am very pleased with the work, knowing the price and the communication.

Bogdan was friendly, helpful and phoned to pre-warn that he would be late. However I could not comment on his work as I have not driven the car since, nor do I expect to for several days, so whether I am 'happy' about his work will have to wait until I have trialled driving.

Friendly, professional, punctual. Communicated well before and during. Brakes replaced on our drive in the dark - no need to take the car away or anything. Highly recommend!
