Ford Grand C-MAX Driveshaft stuck in the hub couldn’t complete the job offered to customer to take it back to my unit but customer decided to go to local garage so only charge the diagnostic

Bogdan-Florin was polite, but was 2 days later than the day originally booked in for, and then when he came, he couldn't complete the work. So it cost me an hours labour for nothing. Now I'll have to find a garage that can fix it. So it's another week my car is off the road.

So sorry if you feel I did something wrong like I was explained to you husband the only thing I can’t control it’s the parts and I’ve tried my best but sometimes the parts take 2-5 working days to come and about to finding a garage to fix it I did offer to your husband to take the car to my garage where I can complete the work it’s just sometimes hubs or things happened on the cars when we need a big press or different tools which we can’t cary in the van

Bogdan was great. He was polite, friendly, and also took the time to explain the issue to me and how and why it happens so I know for the future. He arrived nice and early so I was able to have my car back ASAP. Gave me some tips on the issue as well as a test drive before he left to make sure there was no issues and I was happy. Would recommend to anyone in need of a mechanic!
