Car went into limp mode, click mechanic got me in within a short time , james the mechanic was very good , friendly and explained the problem in an easy to understand way and fixed it on the spot , 2nd time I've used and good service both times 👍

Mercedes-Benz SLK Battery Drain Investigation

James did not give me the greatest of confidence at first as he did not know where the battery was. I also heard him talking to his colleague about not really knowing what was wrong, when he came to tell me his conclusion my wife answered a question I asked her and James just walked straight by me into the room to answer my wife, with no mask no excuse me or anything . I have had to take the car to another garage to have it fixed as he said he could not do it or even offer a time to come back to replace the alternator.in conclusion it was a waste of £69 for 20mins alledged work . I could have just taken it to a garage and had the diagnosis and repair done all at once.

We're very sorry you feel that we have provided a less than optimal service.
James did offer to wear a mask before entering your premises, and was told it wasn't necessary, we always carry masks and use them if necessary.
We diagnosed the problem quite quickly as a faulty alternator, a follow-up quote was not arranged as it was indicated that the part was recently fitted and would be repaired under a warranty claim, a report was requested, which was of course, provided.
Once again we are sorry that you feel this didn't meet your expectation, thank you for your review, and hope that we are given the opportunity to work on your vehicles in the future.

Chevrolet Spark Diagnostic Inspection

He diagnosed the issue within a few minutes and provided a swift quote for the work to fix my poorly motor blower.
I have booked to have the work completed by him next week.
